All rates are for the entire 4 days
Our marketplace is a unique, limited, premiere, shopping experience. We have vending options within the main hall on the first floor of the theater, across from the concession area, as well as on the second floor in the Marketplace. All spaces are first come first serve and require cleared payment to reserve your space.

*All Access Event passes include the Friday and Saturday night special events.
Additional tickets for vendor staff may be purchased at 50% off the ticket price.

Information
1. Vending with us means that you agree to comply with our rules and guidelines as well as those of our host venue (The Capitol Theatre).
2. The Macabre Faire Film Festival reserves the right to welcome or deny a vendor for any reason, (example, products do not apply in any way to the festival, genre or film), as well as decide what is appropriate/ inappropriate material to be sold or displayed at the event. The Festival also reserves the right to remove any vendor from the location for any reason.
3. Electricity available for some spaces only (please let us know if you need electricity for your space.
4. Every Vendor must have a Tennessee state tax ID # prior to the event.
5. Vendors may not attach anything that will damage the theatre walls. Vendors will be held responsible for any damage that they cause.
6. Vendors are required to maintain an operational and staffed booth throughout the scheduled vending hours. Additional evening vending is optional.
7. Vendors acknowledge and agree that they participate in the Macabre Faire Film Festival at their own risk, and that the Festival does not make any representation or warranty with regard to any matter relating to the Macabre Faire Film Festival, including without limitation, attendee/customer counts, foot traffic or sales volume.
8. Vendors shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless all members, volunteers, workers, employees and agents of the Macabre Faire Film Festival and Capitol Theatre and their respective successors and assigns from and against any and all loss, cost, damage, liability, theft, expenses, claims or actions of any kind or nature arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft arising in any manner from participation in the Macabre Faire Film Festival.
9. Solicitation at the event is prohibited in any form of recruiting, support or participation for products, groups, or organizations. These include: Seeking funds or donations, collecting signatures or personal information, requesting support for a political candidate, or religious recruitment.
10. The Macabre Faire Film Festival in no way supports, warrants or endorses any merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs or actions displayed, offered, sold or taken by festival Vendors.
11. Vendors are responsible for clearing their space at the end of the event. This includes garbage removal. When you leave, your space must appear as it was before your setup. Please be considerate, any garbage left behind will incur a $25 fee for removal.
